Realestock Colorado welcomes licensed Colorado brokers to participate, both as listing brokers and selling brokers.

Listing Brokers
UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY
This is a unique opportunity for brokers to offer their sellers the chance to expose their home to a wide and enthusiastic pool of buyers, many of whom will be new to the local market and auction process.
COMMISSION
A commission will be paid to any listing broker whose home successfully closes via the auction process.
WE WORK FOR YOU
Realestock Colorado will manage marketing so you will have minimum responsibilities pertaining to the entire process. In addition, sellers pay for all marketing costs relating to the auction, thus there is no additional expense.
STREAMLINED PROCESS
All bids are on a non-contingent basis. Closings occur within 45 days or less after the end of the auction.

By participating in the auction, you will be able to offer your clients a unique, revolutionary service – an accelerated sales process with a definite end date.
NEW CLIENTELE
Through the extensive marketing for the auction, you will be exposed to new buyers and new clients. In addition, you will see a large increase in showings and open house attendance. All leads for your property will be delivered directly to you. Nine out of ten contacts should translate into new buyers for you to work with exclusively.
Buyer’s Brokers
PARTICIPATE
We invite and encourage buyer’s agents to participate.
COMMISSION / REFERRAL FEE
A buyer’s broker will be paid a commission / referral fee when representing a client that successfully closes on a property through our auction process. A commission, as offered by the listing agent of each property, will be paid to any licensed Colorado buyer’s broker. If the buyer’s broker is licensed in another state, a referral fee of the commission paid to the listing broker will be paid to the buyer’s broker.
A buyer’s broker MUST fill out and confirm receipt of the Realestock Colorado Cooperating Broker Registration and Compensation Agreement and Escrow Instructions in order to be eligible for their commission payment. This agreement must be received by Realestock Colorado prior to the end of each auction.
